You can also let a Mary Jane's team member know next time you visit, and they will submit a request for you.
It may take up to 7-10 business days to see those changes on your account.
How can I check my point balance?
Visit or call any one of our convenient locations to get an up-to-date point balance on your account. You can provide us with your name or phone number, and we'll pull up your account for you.
Can I check my point balance online?
No, unfortunately we do not have a Rewards portal on our website.
How can I change my personal information on my account?
You can make any updates to your name, phone number, or any other personal information at any of our fourteen convenient locations the next time you visit. A staff member will make those adjustments real-time.
I have more than one Rewards account, how can I get my information and points combined onto one account?
Submit a request and we will get those combined for you.
